Good value service and polite staff. Jaguar services at non-jaguar prices. The best thing was that the guys gave my car a detailed health check and had access to the Jaguar's digital records. Very impressed with Great HOllands MOT Service Centre, they diagnosed the problem with my car within 20 minutes while giving it a thorough diagnostic examination. They then completed the work within an hour and I was back on the road. Very professional and efficient service. We are lucky to have a local facility.

Took my car in for an emergency appointment last week after calling earlier the same day as it was struggling to accelerate and start. They quickly informed me it was the timing chain and that they’d order the parts asap. The parts came a few a days later and it was fitted the same afternoon they arrived. Great communication and fast with the repair.
